Windows Vista Games

Windows Vista Games are a little different than what users of XP or eralier versions of windows are used too. First lets start by talking about the games that are included with Vista.

Chess Titans, is a new version of chess, where the user is able to play an opponet on his network, his own computer, or the internet, this version also has alot better graphics, than any previous version off chess for Windows.

FreeCell, is a new varient of the classic card game we all love, this version offers better graphics, and user interface options.

Hearts, this classic card game has not changed much, but like most of the other games included with Vista, Hearts also got a face lift, and offers better 3d graphics.

InkBall is a new game to windows, this is a 3d game in which the user has a moving board, and an inkpen. There is a ball on the board, and the objective is to use the inkpen to move the ball accross the board and into the goal. This is a new game for windows, and i suspect it will develop a following, much like minesweeper did in the 90's

Mahjong Titans, Thats right, Mahjong is now a Windows game. The best part of Mahjong Titans is that there are so many different boards to complete, and the tiles that are used are very unique, and changeable by the user! This is a great game, good for endless hours of fun.

Minesweeper, got a much needed 3d face lift, its still the great game we all enjoy, but offers larger game boards, and keeps score for longer. This game has withstood the test of time, and we can all expect to see Microsoft including it in new platforms for years to come!

Purple Place, is a kids game much like the old candy land board game everyone played in the 90's the obvious difference is that its a 3d graphic intense game with alot of different little games within it to keep the user from getting bored. This is a great game for kids.

Solitaire, its still the same game we have all been in love with for well over 10 years now, the main difference with this one is the graphics are better then before, and the cards can be changed to anything the user likes, to custom photos if you wish!

Spider Solitaire, Much like its counterpart Solitaire this game hasnt changed much outside of the card faces, and graphics. Still a classic, and always a favorite!

Now that we have talked about a few of the included games, i would like to touch on the compatibility of other popular games. For example The Sims 3 runs better on vista than any other version of the sims, and doesnt put to much strain on the computer, to still be able to multitask.

Another game I want to talk about is the more and more popular game WarLords, This game runs so much better in vista than it ever did in XP I suspect that this has something to do with the fact that vista does better with online gaming, however the facts are clear, LESS LAG!

And Finally, Grand Theft Auto, Amazing, with vista, im not going to beat around the bush on this one, the game runs as smooth as it would on an XBOX and thats pretty impressive considering how intense the graphics and the game its self can be!!

In short, Windows Vista has newer better faster games than the XP user is getting, it is also very compatible with a wide variety of online games, and will continue to impress the user each time they load a game, or play an oponet across the internet!
